    Day2 Hope4Cancer

Today started early with a Vitamin C IV that took 2 hours! Coffee enemas with ozone are a fun daily experience. I like to do it asap to “get it over with!” Then we had breakfast which was scrambled eggs with veggies. One lady walked into breakfast this morning and her skin looked green, I just lost it. I want to take it all away from her. From everyone. my heart bleeds for this disease and just can’t make sense of why. I do know that the lord can use any bad thing for his good and glory.

So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire test and purifies gold–though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor when Jesus christ is revealed to the whole world. 1 peter 1:6-7.

I will also be doing the hyperbaric oxygen chamber daily and that was shortly after breakfast. Two times daily i use the pemf machine and vibration plate. I met the sweetest lady who went home today, her husband had passed from cancer as well. So she lived such a clean and healthy lifestyle and sometimes it’s hard to not ask why. I felt led to pray over her before she left, which was a blessing for both of us! Today was my first time using the infared red light sauna, we have a infared sauna at home but without the red light. I couldn’t believe how hot and sweaty after a few minutes, so that felt great. I learned that no makeup on those days would be a good choice:) before lunch i had a treatment called indiba, there was a staff member doing the treatment, it was a wand with coconut oil that heated up the tissue and brought more circulation/blood flow, then the last half of the treatment was ultrasound to stimulate the lymph system and help with inflammation. I loved how that felt and was so relaxing! I tried to negotiate with Jose that he should do it longer, which didn’t work! Lunch is usually fish, veggies and a salad, so i love that. at lunch we met a woman, who is a physicians assistant, and her son (33 years old) who love the lord. It was sweet to get to know them and how they ended up here. She had breast cancer 5 years ago and did all of the medical treatments and it came back in her bones. I loved her spirit and am grateful she will be here the whole time we are.

Well…My afternoon ended up being frustrating as I was suppose to get the port in at 2, and we waited for an hour to find out he wasn’t coming. I also thought I would meet with my doctor to go over the ultrasound and lab results, which didn’t happen either. I cried for a few minutes and then pulled it together. as my sweet husband said, “maybe there was an emergency or someone needed more care.” I would say I seem to be “less sick” than many of the patients here. I did meet with an internal medicine doctor and he suggested that a diuretic may be a good option to help with the ascites. I would be open to that, so we will see what they say tomorrow. I Definitely felt better today, I think flying with the ascites kicks my butt for a day or two. Praise God I didn’t have pain during the flight, but yesterday I felt like I was 6 months pregnant, and could barely eat. I love eating, lol. I keep saying that but it’s true!!!! Matt and I went for a walk and sat watching the ocean (which I can do for hours). It was peaceful and what my soul needed. I will end with Isaiah 26:3 You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! So, I keep my eyes up, knowing the lord can heal me and that I am here for a purpose. I love each of you and am keeping my heels dug into my firm foundation and all of your prayers, love and support.
